1992 TOYOTA CELICA ST185 TURBO 4WD GR.A
With this particular car, now fully restored, Marcus Grönholm participated in his first World Championship rally, the 1992 1000 Lakes Rally Finland.
The car was restored by JML Sports.
The car belongs to Jari-Matti Latvala's collection and can be seen at JM-Rally Park Ferme Museum.
THE PROJECT
This project was relatively easy what comes to finding photos of the car.
The challenge lay in the round shapes of this beautiful ST185, which made the vinyl installation somewhat tricky. Just as there were no bubbles or wrinkles in the original car, we ensured that these imperfections would not be present in the recreation either.
Once again we can quarantee, that the end result is a perfect match of the original - every small detail has been once again accurately replicated.

The first phase in all projects is to create a drawing, where all the reproducible graphics are present in correct scale. This drawing is used to get the customer approval for the graphics.

The size of this scrutineering sticker of the 1992 1000 Lakes Rally Finland has size of 30 x 35 mm. It can be found in multiple locations of the car, like from roll cage.
Because the best level of detail in restoration was needed, also these stickers can be found from the car.
Car cleaned and ready for vinyl and sticker installation.
The aluminium German registry plate was also reproduced by Rallygraphics.fi.
